Having a new Kindle and having downloaded a couple of PA novelettes I do appreciate the efforts that the earlier PA writers had to go through to get published with publishers and editors etc. OK, the stories are interestingish and better than nothing but, sorting the wheat from the chaff, it is going to be very difficult to get to those books that stick in the mind and have you walking the blasted landscape with the characters.
