Thought this of some interest. Asteroid impacts have obvious previous when it comes to heralding the sort of SHTF scenario we all love to speculate around along being responsible for some dubious Hollywood films
Although I must say that I always thought that the film 'Deep Impact' was deserving of more recognition than it got.
